The one thing to get right in Class 7

Integers and simple equations. Nearly every Maths difficulty in Classes 8–10 traces back to shaky sign rules and equation-handling from Class 7. An hour a week here saves a hundred later.

What a strong Class 7 year looks like

Algebra without gaps: every integers/equations exercise solved twice — the second time cold, a week later
Science strands: notice which chapters are physics, chemistry or biology — the labels help organise revision from now on
Writing every week: one paragraph in English and Hindi weekly; length grows naturally
Own summaries: two-line own-words summary at the end of every chapter, every subject
Daily quiz streak: the 5–10 minute daily habit should feel automatic by now
