How counselling works

Register & pay
Register on the MCC (or state) portal and pay the counselling + security fee.

Fill & lock choices
Add colleges/courses in your order of preference and lock them before the deadline.

Seat allotment
Seats are allotted by rank, category, preference and availability. Check your result.
4
Reporting
Pay the admission fee, report to the allotted college and complete document verification.
Documents for counselling
NEET scorecard & admit card: Both are mandatory.
Class 10 & 12 marksheets & certificates: Proof of age and qualification.
Photo ID: Aadhaar / Passport / PAN.
Category / PwBD certificate: If claiming reservation.
Passport photos: Several recent copies.
AIQ vs State
You can participate in both AIQ (MCC) and your home-state counselling. State quota often has domicile requirements — check your state authority’s brochure.
