Provisional answer key released
NTA publishes the provisional key with the recorded OMR responses on neet.nta.nic.in.

Challenge window
You can challenge any answer within the stated window by paying a per-question fee (refunded if your challenge is accepted).

Final answer key
After reviewing challenges, NTA releases the final key — the result is computed from this.

Result & scorecard
Your marks and All India Rank are calculated from the final answer key.
Estimate your score early
Once the provisional key is out, tally your responses: (correct × 4) − (wrong × 1). This gives a close estimate before the official result.
